  First time here at this location and the service was not bad. It was quick and to the point with my order. Line was a little long when I came in but it went down quickly. Very satisfied with this location coming here more often.

  This particular subway at 1141 pines Blvd, suite 478, Florida has done it again.  Chicken is cold after toasting the sub.  It is infuriating to get to sit down at work to bite into a cold sandwich when ordered  toasted.  This doesn't happen in all subways.  Owner trying to cut costs by reducing electric consumption?  Great way to drive customers away.

  Service has been so bad lately at this location. Avoid at all cost. The employees apparently don't care/have an attitude problem while they're making your sub. I went a couple of days ago the credit card machine wasn't working for almost 25 mins to make a sub/trying to charge my card. Then he had told me that there's a chase right there.... To take out cash ?! Are you kidding me right now ?! Absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable. You make me wait so long to get my stupid sub, you make it shity & then you expect me as the customer to go out of my way to go get money out at the bank? Nah it doesn't work that way. I walked out so irritated. Please get consistent employees at this location that actually care.... The customer service is lacking here.

  I'm pretty much a regular here, and their service is excellent. The lady that usually they're already knows what kind of sandwich I get every time, and she even goes out of the way to cut my foot long into fourths so I don't make a mess after all the sauce I like to put in it! haha
  Sadly, I just found out they will no longer be offering buffalo sauce or Siracha sauce, something completely out of their control because it was a corporate decision. The people on top should really listen to the folks that actually run the restaurants... It's a real shame.

  Service here is VERY bad at night time. A couple of weeks ago I went with my husband for dinner, as we walked in, we could hear screaming coming from the back,  a man and a woman were just going at it arguing about something... We were there waiting for about 10 minutes. We even sat down!! Nobody came out to the front  to take care of us so we left.
  
  Later  that week we went back at around 8:50pm  we ordered our food and when we were about to sit down to eat our subs the girl said that she was gonna mop the floor and that we had to leave. That subway location closes at 10pm. The couple that was being served behind us was as surprised as we were. When the guy commented on the fact that it was 9 o'clock and that maybe it was better for her to mop after we ate, the girl just snapped and started slamming things on the register and with an awful attitude  said: "FINE, STAY!!!!"
  We were so aggravated that we decided to leave... It had been a long day at work we didn't need to go through this...
